劇場版の制作が発表されたディファ有明でのイベントを完全収録! 豪華特典も満載!! 「ガールズ&パンツァー」ファン必携のファンディスクが登場!! 2012年10月～12月まで放送され、爽やかなストーリーと熱い戦車戦描写が多くのファンを魅了し、オリジナルアニメにもかかわらずヒットを記録した「ガールズ&パンツァー」。2013年4月28日にディファ有明で開催されたファンイベント「ハートフル・タンク・カーニバル」は、ファンの熱気に包まれ大盛況のうちに終了した。イベントにはあんこうチームの5人のキャストの他、生徒会チームの3人、主題歌を歌うChouChoが参加しただけでなく、物語の地元大洗からも県立大洗高校マーチングバンド部「BLUE HAWKS」が参加。ファン、キャスト、町が一体となったこのイベントを開場から終演まで余すところなく紹介する。特製CD「雪の進軍」(新録音)封入。
