大ヒットしたTVアニメ『TIGER & BUNNY』待望の劇場版第1弾! さまざまな人種・民族が集まる巨大都市シュテルンビルト。そこにはNEXTと呼ばれる特殊能力者たちがいた。NEXTの一部は、企業に所属し、スポンサーを背負って犯罪から街を守るヒーローとして活躍していた。彼らの活躍は「HERO TV」で中継され、市民の多くはスポーツを楽しむようにヒーローの活躍をエンターテインメントとして楽しんでいる。ピークを過ぎたベテランヒーロー、ワイルドタイガー (鏑木・T・虎徹)は、市民の安全のためには器物損壊も厭わない不器用な熱血漢。そんなワイルドタイガーが会社から命じられたのは、新人ヒーローのバーナビー・ブルックス Jr.とコンビを組むこと。ヒーローとして能力は高いが、生意気なバーナビーと頑固者の虎徹。シュテルンビルトの巨像が突如動き始めた事件を解決しようとした二人だが、息があわず、なかなか成果を出すことができない。果たして虎徹とバーナビーは巨像を止めることができるのか。二人のぎくしゃくとした仲は、街のシンボルである立像スタチュー・オブ・ジャスティスが奪われた事件でも変わらない。人混みの遊園地の中で犯人のNEXTを追うヒーローたち。果たして、犯人のNEXT能力は一体何なのか――。 特製ブックレット封入。
