テレビ放送開始5周年を記念して「true tears」ブルーレイがスタンダード版で発売! 制作: P.A.WORKS(「花咲くいろは」「TARI TARI」)×監督: 西村純二(「DOG DAYS'」)が送る青春恋愛群像劇! ――造り酒屋のひとり息子である仲上眞一郎には、気になる女の子がいた。その子の名は湯浅比呂美。彼女は眞一郎の同級生で、とある事情のため眞一郎の家で一緒に暮らしている。昔から比呂美の明るさに惹かれていた眞一郎だったが、一緒に暮らしはじめてから見せるようになった彼女の沈んだ表情にやりきれない想いを抱いていた・・・。ある日、眞一郎は学校の裏庭で樹の上に登り"赤い実"を取っている少女、石動乃絵と出会う。悲しいことがあっても、泣くことが出来ないという乃絵。眞一郎は、彼女の突拍子も無い言動に戸惑いながらもなぜか不思議な魅力を感じるのだった。そしてこの出会いが、眞一郎と周りの人々に少しずつ変化をもたらしていく・・・。全13話収録。ブルーレイ用に制作したTV未放送の新作エピローグ映像(約3分)を含む第13話特別版を収録。16Pブックレット封入。BOXイラストは関口可奈味描き下ろし。
