祝! サクラ大戦、15周年! あの帝国華撃団の活躍がブルーレイになって帰ってきた!! OVA『桜華絢爛』『轟華絢爛』2作品全10話を同梱して発売!! ――蒸気機関が文明を担う架空の時代「太正」。異形の怪物「降魔」の脅威にさらされる帝都の防衛を強化するため霊子甲冑「光武」が開発される。霊子甲冑を操るためには「霊力」が必要であり、元陸軍対降魔部隊中尉、藤枝あやめによりその素養をもつ少女たちが世界中から集められ「帝国華撃団」が結成された。隊長には「皆の信頼にたる若い男性を」というあやめの意思で、海軍少尉大神一郎が選ばれる。先の「降魔戦争」で亡くした父、一馬と同じ北辰一刀流の使い手である真宮寺さくらも、秘密部隊帝国華撃団に入団。世間に対するカモフラージュ「帝国歌劇団・花組」に舞台女優の一員として参加。他の乙女たちと共に、霊力を駆使するうえで必要となる強靭な精神力と集中力を舞台活動を通じて培う。そうして悪の霊子甲冑「魔操機兵」を妖力で操る、宿敵黒之巣会との熾烈な戦いに備えるのであった・・・。 16P解説書封入。
