Description

The popular short anime "Milky Subway: The Galactic Limited Express," known for its lighthearted comedy and unique world, has been a hot topic on social media. The theatrical version, released in February 2026 and grossing over 550 million yen, is now available on Blu-ray!! - Chiharu, a modified human, and Makina, a cyborg, are arrested for violating intergalactic traffic laws. Along with other eccentric pairs also arrested at the same time, they are assigned by police officer Ryoko to clean the interplanetary train known as the "Milky Subway" as community service. What should have been a simple task turns chaotic when the train suddenly goes out of control! As the crew panics inside the train, Ryoko and her colleague Asami attempt to resolve the situation, but soon they are drawn into a major incident...!
