Although the Nohara family is puzzled by this sudden visit, they cannot turn them away and decides to let them stay the night. However, that night, a mysterious ninja army suddenly attacked them...! "しんのすけ"は野原家じゃなくて・・・忍者の子だった!? 映画をより一層盛り上げるゲスト声優には、女優 川栄李奈、大人気お笑いコンビ ハライチを起用! ――ひろしとみさえのもとに「しんのすけ」が誕生して5年。嵐のような平和な日々を過ごしていたが、ある日、屁祖隠ちよめと名乗る女性が野原家を訪れる。「私、しんのすけくんの本当の母親なんです」傍らには5才の少年、名は珍蔵。突然のことに戸惑いながらも、追い返すわけにもいかず、2人を泊めることに。しかし、その夜、突如謎の忍者軍団が襲い掛かる! ちよめはなんと、忍者の里を抜け出して追われているくノ一だった! そして、その息子として、しんのすけもさらわれてしまう。忍者の里には地球のエネルギー(ニントル)を閉じ込める「地球のへそ」があり、それを屁祖隠家は代々伝わる「もののけの術」を使って純金の栓で塞ぎ、守ってきたという。もしも栓が抜けたらニントルが漏れ出し、地球は枯れ、時点が止まり、世界の「明日」は失われてしまう! しんのすけは、果たして地球の未来、家族の明日を守れるのか!? 解説書(8P)封入。
