目覚めよ! 最強の遺伝子!! 大好評を得た『劇場版 ウルトラマンジード つなぐぜ! 願い!!』がついにDVDで登場! TVシリーズに引き続き、坂本浩一が監督を務めた『ウルトラマンジード』の集大成! ――知的生命体の住む星々を破壊していく巨大人工頭脳ギルバリスと、ギャラクトロン軍団が地球へと接近。ウルトラマンジード=朝倉リク(濱田龍臣)は、ギルバリスが「赤き鋼」を手に入れるべく、地球へとやって来た、とジャグラス ジャグラー(青柳尊哉)から聞き、その手掛かりがあるとされる南洋の楽園・沖縄へ向かった。沖縄で出会ったアイル(本仮屋ユイカ)は、リクがウルトラマンであることを見抜き、重大な使命を託そうとする。地球を守るために必要以上に気負うリクの前にクレナイ ガイ=ウルトラマンオーブ(石黒英雄)が現れ、先輩として言葉をかけるのだった。一方、ギャラクトロン軍団が「赤き鋼」を求めて沖縄へ攻撃を開始。ジード、オーブ、そしてウルトラマンゼロも地球へと駆けつけるが、自分の使命にこだわり、焦るジードの行動が、ウルトラマンたちにさらなる危機を招いてしまうのだった。ウルトラマンジードたちはギルバリスの強大な力を止めることができるのか――地球全土がサイバー侵食され、滅亡の瞬間が迫る中、"願い"の力はジードにさらなる進化をもたらす。
