グッバイ! Sweet Boys!! 一人はみんなのために! みんなは一人のために! 相葉弘樹×大河元気×桐山漣×馬場徹 若手人気俳優が三度、奇跡の競演!! 4人の夢と希望にあふれた感動物語、ついに最終章!! ――ガク(馬場徹)がいないカフェ・レーヴ・コンティニュエの1年後、ヒビキ(相葉弘樹)、サーディン(大河元気)、コトッチ(桐山漣)は恒例のクリスマスパーティを開いていた。そこへ、突如ガクの従兄弟湊川恭歌(馬場徹・二役)が現れる。キョウカは「この店で一緒にパティシエを目指さないか?」というガクの手紙に誘われ、ふらっと訪れたのだった。ガクと顔がそっくりでも性格は正反対、自分勝手なキョウカだがパティシエとしての腕は天才的。ヒビキはそれを密かに認めるが、キョウカは店を掻き回しただけで去っていくのだった。風来坊のキョウカが去りサーディンが帰省、カフェはヒビキ、コトッチの2人で切り盛りすることに。その矢先、コトッチの実弟・琴尚(桜田通)が「音河流の宗家を継いで欲しい」とやってくる。悩むコトッチ。サーディンもまた実家の牧師になることで悩んでいた。そして、ヒビキも再び現れた天才キョウカの存在で自分のパティシエとしての生き方を見つめ直す。ヒビキ・サーディン・コトッチそしてキョウカ。Sweet Boysがそれぞれの明日に向かって最後のクリスマスを迎える! キラキラした若者達の現在・過去そして未来へ繋いだ「カフェ代官山」3部作の最終章。
