Plot: Nusuttradamus, who lives in a town next to Nostradamus, left behind a prophecy "In the year 20 and 23, two lights will fall from heaven. One will be a dark light and the other a small white light... The dark light will be powerful that it will disturb the peace and cause chaos in the world." In the year 2023, two lights from outer space approach, and a white light strikes Shinnosuke, who is waiting for his supper. Shinnosuke's body is filled with a mysterious power. When he puts his power into it, the toy floats in the air! It was the moment of the birth of ESPer Shinnosuke. On the other hand, the man who was bathed in black light and became an esper of darkness is named Mitsuru Hiriya. His part-time job is not going well, his idol is getting married, and he is even being chased by the police after being mistaken for a violent criminal.
