2005年に放送された大人気TVアニメ「交響詩篇エウレカセブン」シリーズの、新作劇場版3部作の第2作! 前作以上の、ほとんどを新作カットで制作し、全く新しいストーリー展開で今まで誰も見たことが無いエウレカセブンワールドへ! 監督:京田知己、脚本:佐藤大、キャラクターデザイン: 吉田健一、音楽: 佐藤直紀というオリジナルスタッフにニルヴァーシュデザインを務めた、河森正治も参加! ――まだ幼かったあの日。父、ケンは幼いアネモネを残して戦いに赴き、そして帰ってこなかった。ちゃんとお別れを言うことができなかったアネモネの小さな胸に深く残る後悔。7年が経過した。アネモネは父が散った戦場――東京にいた。人類の敵、7番目のエウレカ=エウレカセブンと戦うための組織・アシッドの一員として、アネモネには人類の希望が託されていた。そして、アネモネはエウレカセブンの中へとその精神を送り込む。アネモネがエウレカセブンの中で出会ったのは、ドミニクという青年と、エウレカという青緑の髪をした少女。この出会いは何を意味するのか。そして、見え隠れするレントンという名の少年の姿。アシッドに囚われていた謎の男・デューイは予言する。「お前たちが見ているエウレカセブンはエウレカセブンではない。偽りの神が創っては破棄した無数の不要な世界。いわばゴミの山だ」アネモネとエウレカが出会った時、全ての真実が明らかとなり、新たな世界の扉が開く――。
