OVA『機動戦士ガンダム/第08MS小隊』の本編では語られなかったの空白のエピソードを描いた劇場版。宇宙世紀0079――。ジオン軍の秘密兵器アプサラスと接触した8小隊は善戦するも捕獲に失敗。シローは飛び去るアプサラスと応戦中、消息を絶つ・・・。無事帰還したシローだったが、その間の行動を不信に思った軍は、情報部の女性士官アリス・ミラーに調査を指示。ミラーの巧妙な質問に敵であるアイナへの想いをシローは語り始め、遂には審問会にかけられる。上層部に対し「敵でも分かり合える人間はいる」と主張するが、「君は敵を撃つことができるか?」との高官の問いには答えることができなかった。その答えを見出すべくシローは、仲間であるゲリラの村に潜入した敵との戦いに出撃する・・・。リバーシブルジャケット仕様。 [メーカー限定出荷期間: 2009年12月22日～2010年7月23日]
