日本のロック創成期から「あんぜんBAND」で活動していた長沢ヒロが「あんぜんBAND」以降1980代、1990代に録りきれなかった楽曲を、今、ホッピー神山とタッグを組み、更に新曲も書き下ろして作り込んだ、古希を越えて初のソロアルバム。1980代、ホッピー神山と結成していたバンド「HERO」後期の曲(2,3,8)を中心に、その後の「長沢ヒロとHIROISM」の代表曲(4,5,6,7)を菅原弘明、湊雅史、ホッピー神山という強豪による新アレンジで散りばめ、更に新曲(1,10)でまとめ上げた1枚。
