Sakura Wars Shin Kayou Zenshu II

This soundtrack, as well as the kayou show itself, really set the standard for future soundtracks to come. This cd is the first to focus on the actual show and showcases the characters in their respective parts. There are no more solos for each Hanagumi member, in fact there are only three. There are more duets, trios, etc then ever before as well as an equal amount of pre-show numbers and more songs for the actual show. Even the sound of the cd is different, it actually sounds like a soundtrack from an actual musical. The only thing that's missing is the breathtaking duet between Reni and Maria towards the end of the show (luckily it can be found in the Complete Song Box), instead there's a less interesting duet between Oogami and Kaede; that's the one complaint that I have. Anyway, if you're a Orihime and Reni fan then this cd is for you. It's a really good soundtrack and I definitely recommend buying it as well as the musical on VHS/DVD
