"NEEDLESS"達の魂が、今暴れ出す! 熱き闘いに魂が共振する! 王道の近未来アクション『NEEDLES』DVD第12巻。 第三次世界大戦勃発。東京を始めとする日本の各都市は世界各国の爆撃の標的となり、紅蓮の炎に包まれた。それにより汚染されたかつての爆心地は、ブラックスポットと呼ばれ、巨大な壁によって、今もなお非汚染区域「街 (シティ)」から隔離されていた。その荒れ果てた大地に、いつの間にか住み着く者が現れた。彼らの多くは、大地の汚染により長生きすることは出来なかったが、その中から不思議な能力に目覚める者達が現れ始めたことで状況が一変した。火・風・重力・・・超自然の力 (フラグメント)を操るようになった彼らを、シティに住む人々は畏怖の念とともに、こう呼んだ『ニードレス』と――。これは、その力の軍事利用によるブラックスポットの支配を目論む謎の巨大製薬会社「シメオン」と、それに抗う者達との、戦いの物語である。 第23話、第24話を収録。 加藤裕美描きおろしジャケット仕様。
