ディーン・フジオカ、企画・プロデュース、そして主演。全員、殺しちゃって!! 一人の少女の叫びが、男の狂気を暴走させるバイオレンス・アクション・ムービー! ヒロインには、『朝が来る』で渾身の演技を披露し、映画界が注目する若手女優・蒔田彩珠を起用。監督には『ピュ～ぴる』(2011)『トイレのピエタ』(2015)『ハナレイ・ベイ』(2018)など世界の映画祭でも高い評価を受ける松永大司。脚本は『合葬』の小林達夫が手掛ける。――日光大江戸村でアクション俳優として働く立石 (ディーン・フジオカ)は、社交性がなく、一方で日本の文化に傾倒している変わった男で、周囲からは距離をおかれていた。そんな立石が、祖父と暮らしている土地が中国人ブローカーと地元のヤクザに狙われ、執拗な嫌がらせを受けていた女子高生のアユミ (蒔田彩珠) を、偶然に助けることになる。立石になつくアユミを守るための相手への攻撃を肯定されたことで、過去の撮影現場での事故によるトラウマでバイオレンスに対するリミットをかけていた立石の目に、次第に狂気が宿っていく。
