Hiraite

A film adaptation of Akutagawa Prize-winning author Wataya Risa's novel "Hiraite," which became a bible for literary girls. The film depicts the refracted and eccentric first love of a high school girl. The lead role is played by Anna Yamada. Co-starring Ryuto Sakuma (HiHi Jets/Johnny's Jr.) and Haruka Imou. Comes with a bonus DVD that includes the making of the film, interviews with the director and cast, a collection of greetings from the stage, the music video for the song "Yudachi Dadadadadada", and the trailer (subject to change). Plot: Ai, a third-year high school student, has excellent grades, is cheerful and popular in her school. She has a crush on a guy in her class named Tatoe. He is the type of guy who doesn't stand out in class, and spends his time in seclusion in the classroom. He seems to avoid getting involved with other people, and Ai has a hard time getting close to him. She thought that she was the only one who knew his charm. However, things change when she happens to see him reading a letter from someone at school.
