手塚治虫生誕80周年記念映画作品『MW-ムウ-』と、その連動企画となるスペシャル・ドラマ「MW-ムウ- 第0章～悪魔のゲーム～」のツイン・パック。 <MW-ムウ-> スケールとテーマの衝撃性ゆえに映像化不可能と言われ、これまでも幾度となくクリエーターたちがその実写化を企画してきた原作を、「救命病棟24時」「女王の教室」の岩本仁志監督が、ついに実現。手塚治虫の知られざるダークサイドに秘められたドラマとメッセージを、スピーディーかつスリリングなストーリーのもと、壮大なスケールで描き出している。玉木宏、山田孝之、他出演。 <MW-ムウ- 第0章～悪魔のゲーム～> 主演に佐藤健、共演に谷村美月・小出恵介、そして、映画版の主役・玉木宏も出演。目が覚めるとそこは暗い部屋。「人は2種類の人間に分けられる。いざというときに人を殺せるか、殺せないかだ」そして、悪魔のような結城のゲームが幕をあける。「彼女を助けたければ、起爆装置の導線を切ることだ。導火線は2本、赤と青。犯人の色の導火線を切るんだ」赤と青の拘束衣を着せられた二人の男。どちらかは母親を殺した犯人、どちらかは本当の父親。弾が一発だけ入った銃。実の父親を探りあて、犯人を殺し、そしてどこかに囚われているゆかりを助けるために与えられた時間はたった60分・・・。
