[Machine Translation] Tokyo Incidents and the HIATUS keyboardist Kazuha Izawa will participate in the stage production of "KERA CROSS" as a musician. In this series, other directors have created new plays by playwright/director Keralino Sandorovich (KERA) with different tastes, and Izawa was in charge of the third production "Chameleon's Lip" directed by Masahiko Kawahara in 2021 and the sixth production "Disappearance" in 2025. His music for these two productions was inspired by the music of the 14-year-old "The Last of Us" and "The Last of Us". This concept album is a selection of 14 songs from the music of these two plays. The two different stories are blended together to weave an unbounded tale that is left to the imagination of the listener who is inspired. 東京事変、the HIATUSの鍵盤奏者・伊澤一葉が音楽で参加した舞台『KERA CROSS』。劇作家・演出家のケラリーノ・サンドロヴィッチ (KERA)の戯曲を他の演出家が異なる味わいで新たに創り上げるシリーズで、伊澤は河原雅彦が演出する2021年の第三弾『カメレオンズ・リップ』、2025年の第六弾『消失』を担当。物語をスリリングに彩り、説得力を持たせ、救いをもたらした。この2本の舞台の音楽から14曲をセレクトしたのが、本コンセプトアルバム。これまで発表してきた2作のピアノインストゥルメンタル作品とは趣を変え、プログラミングと生楽器を多用したアプローチから生まれる多彩な楽曲群が広がっている。2つの異なる物語が混ざり合い紡ぎ出されるのは、刺激された聴き手の想像力にゆだねられた無窮の物語だ。レコーディングエンジニアに井上うに、弦・管楽器アレンジに武嶋聡を迎えたほか、レコーディングには実力派ミュージシャンも名を連ねた。――この音楽たちにみなさんはどんな場面を想像するだろう。その豊かさはサントラの枠をはるか超える。聴く価値しかない。舞台演出家 河原雅彦
