The Irregular at Magic High School THE MOVIE -Yotsuba Succession Arc - [Regular Edition]

One of the most popular arcs in the series "The Irregular at Magic High School", the "Yotsuba Succession Arc", is finally being adapted into a film! DVD release! -- It is 2096, about a century since magic was established as a real technology. A pair of siblings is about to enter the winter of their second year of high school. The older brother, Tatsuya, was born with a fatal flaw as a magician. The younger sister, Miyuki, has a rare talent as a magician and is perfect in both looks and intellect. Though their positions differ, one an irregular and the other an honor student, the two have lived as close siblings. That is, until a letter arrived. The letter was an invitation to the "New Year's Banquet", a New Year's Day gathering held at the Yotsuba Clan's head manor. At this gathering, where the Head of the Clan, Yotsuba Maya, and the heads of the branch families all assemble, the next Head of the Yotsuba Clan is to be named. Miyuki fears being named Head herself. If she becomes Head, she will not be allowed to remain single and will be expected to marry. That would mean letting go of her days with Tatsuya. However, if Miyuki becomes Head, she can change the position of Tatsuya, who has been treated coldly as a Guardian until now. Wishing for Tatsuya's freedom, Miyuki makes a major decision on the way to the Yotsuba head manor. "Brother, I will become the Head of the Yotsuba Clan." What fate awaits the "Supreme Siblings"? And what shocking truth lies hidden between them? As the Yotsuba Clan's conspiracies swirl, the siblings' story moves toward a single conclusion.
