ゲーム「シュタインズ・ゲート」他、科学ADVシリーズのシナリオライター・林直孝が初の原作・脚本を手掛けるオリジナルアニメーション。 ── 現代より少し科学が進んだ世界。18歳の"水柿ツカサ"は、大学受験に失敗したものの、親のツテのおかげで世界的な大企業SAI社で働くことになった。SAI社は、心を持った人型のアンドロイド、通称『ギフティア』を製造・管理する企業で、ツカサはその中でも、ターミナルサービスという部署に配属される。だがそこは、寿命を迎えるギフティアを回収するのが業務という、いわゆる窓際部署。しかもツカサは、お茶汲み係をしているギフティアの少女"アイラ"とコンビを組んで仕事をすることになってしまう・・・。 ◇収録話: 第1話『はじめてのパートナー』
