フジテレビ系で放送の大ヒット・アニメ「ハチミツとクローバー」の続編「II」が早くもDVDで登場、第3巻。 ボロアパートで貧乏ながらも楽しい生活を送る美大生・竹本、真山、森田。ある日3人は、花本先生の紹介で編入してきた花本はぐみと出会う。竹本と森田は、はぐみを見て一瞬で恋に落ちるが、それぞれの不器用さから、自分の気持ちを上手く表現できない。一方、真山は自分に好意を寄せる山田の気持ちを知りながらも、バイト先の建築デザイナー・理花への想いが強まるばかり。2つの微妙な三角関係を軸に物語は始まった・・・。お互いの、そして自分自身の気持ちにゆっくりと気づきはじめていく一方で、容赦なく日々は流れていく。それぞれの未来と向き合い、憂い、もがき、まわり続ける5人の片想いのゆくえは・・・? 彼らが選ぶ道とは・・・? 封入特典あり。羽海野チカ描き下ろし特別外箱付き。
