What Does "Novel Into Music" Mean?

They create music that expresses the world of their original novels.
Especially, THE BOOK 3 includes four songs from their music project "Hajimete no," featuring original novels written by Naoki Prize-winning novelists.
For example, the following video is the music video for the song "Mr." based on the novel "Watashi Dake no Shoyusha" written by Rio Shimamoto.




In addition to publishing their own novels, YOASOBI often performs anime theme songs.
For example, "THE BOOK 3" contains "Idol" (the opening theme song for the TV anime "Oshi no Ko") and "Shukufuku" (the intro theme song for "Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury"),
as well as "Yusha" (the intro theme song for the TV anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End").
In addition, "THE BOOK 2" includes the intro and outro theme songs for the TV anime "BEASTERS."
