This is a greatest hits album from Megurine Luka, a popular vocaloid who welcomed the 10th anniversary since her birth of January 30, 2009.

This album contains songs newly composed by popular Luka masters such as otetsu, KANON69, and Heavenz.
Its cover artwork is newly drawn by a popular illustrator En Morikura. As bonus, this set includes acrylic key chains randomly selected from several designs, each by Sigupon, Tokkyu Mikan, and Tera Terada. Moreover, this "10th anniversary edition" comes with bonus collectibles such as an acrylic stand, an art book, and a can badge.
