"Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance" Blu-ray Box with English Subtitles

"Mobile Suit Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance" is coming to Blu-ray Box. Created with Unreal Engine 5 as a new original animation for worldwide streaming, the production was jointly produced by SAFEHOUSE and Sunrise. The story focuses on the European front during the One Year War, the setting of the first Gundam series title, "Mobile Suit Gundam" (1979). The screenplay is by Gavin Hignight, whose credits include the anime series "Tekken: Bloodline," "Transformers: Cyberverse," and "Star Wars Resistance." The director is Erasmus Brosdau, whose credits include the anime "Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness" and the games "Star Citizen," "Ryse: Son of Rome," and the "Crysis" series.

Universal Century 0079. The Principality of Zeon declared independence from the Earth Federation Government, and war began. With the success of its new mobile suit weapons, Zeon held the advantage in the early stages, but it lacked the forces required to occupy all of Earth, leaving the conflict deadlocked. Eleven months after the outbreak of war, the Federation Forces capture one of the Zeon-occupied bases in Eastern Europe. Among the mixed battalion sent to retake it are Solari and the Red Wolf Squadron, a mobile suit platoon that has only recently descended from space.

Includes all six episodes. Package contents include a special booklet, the two-disc original soundtrack "Film Edition," and one bonus disc (approximately 30 minutes) with promotional videos, 3D model materials, making-of footage, and two pilot films. The set comes in a newly illustrated storage box by mechanical supervisor Kimitoshi Yamane.
