This is the world's first vinyl release of the work, containing only the music with the drama tracks featuring the voice actors removed from the regular edition CD. A four-panel fold-out poster featuring the jacket design is enclosed.

The release also features a vinyl-exclusive jacket design, different from the CD and streaming versions, packed with cute and sexy appeal in a special design available only here. The tracklist spans 26 songs across 2LP by a lineup of acclaimed creators, led by "Theme of New PANTY & STOCKING (Long Version)," along with "Divine," which is nearing 20 million plays, and the popular track "New Fly Away".
