The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

Portraying the scenes and smooth movements in the most delicate way, "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya truly was in a different league from other anime, both in the main feature, all the way to the outro theme movie. I actually remember mumbling to myself how can they bring this high quality to TV anime. Not only was this the case for the first episode but I was amused that the quality maintained the same throughout the series.

K-On! (Keion!)

While I was already aware of the good quality from the "Haruhi Suzumiya" series, the smooth finger movements upon playing the guitar was faithfully recreated here in "K-On" as well. Only this time, it was the light music club. Additionally, the character songs for this anime sold amazingly well--even CDJapan staff purchased some copies too. By the way, Mio-chan is so cute. Not to mention all the other girls are equally unbearable.

Sound! Euphonium

"Sound! Euphonium" took the instrument, "Euphonium" to fame. The anime is still highly popular with theatrical releases and spin-offs released. Following the full live scenes featured in the Haruhi Suzumiya series' school festivals, this anime also carried on this tradition, portraying the orchestral scene all the way to the end---which made it even better. You know, my hands would get so sweaty watching this.

The anime that spread Eru Chitanda 's favorite line "I can't stop thinking about it". Who thought the quote originally from Honobu Yonezawa's Classic Literature Club series would become such a "Moe" phrase.

Violet Evergarden

The quality is unbelievable. From the time I saw the commercials on TV, I noticed the quality of this piece was insane. It's as if the animators said "Why not" and brought the theatrical anime quality right into TV anime. I never imagined I would be able to see the beauty of the original " Violet Evergarden" equally good on anime. I can not hold back how much anger I have for the culprit.
