ライブ会場手売りデモ音源(2タイトル各500枚)を完売しゆっくりとしたペースでありつつも広島で噂を広げているsimploopの初プレス音源完成。既に完売した1stデモ音源の中の人気楽曲を改めて新録。simploopのライブではお馴染みの「スパイラル」「サンシャイン」はストレートなメロディー・疾走感溢れ、過去音源の人気楽曲をはじめ、ミディアムバラードで透明感のある心温まるバラード「虹」。ガレージ感・ビート感がテーマ「no.3」、音符への言葉乗りを意識しビートを主体とした楽曲「WHY?」というアグレッシブさも本作で書き下ろした。コール&レスポンスとストレートなライブ感をも伝える「flyng」懐かしさや優しさをも感じるタナカの歌は時には強いメッセージを伝え6曲6色を作り上げ、ポップでありつつもロックを基調とするノンカテゴライズな楽曲をパッケージ。老若男女問わず聴いてもらえるsimploopが放つ広島風とも言える名刺代わりの内容となった。リリース直後広島で行われる大規模ライブサーキットイベント「MUSIC CUBE10」(3/20・21)に豪華有名アーティスト陣が連ねる中、広島バンド代表として出演決定。そして、幅広いシェアへ向けリリースする初の音源を持って今後は広島から全国へ発信。「スパイラル」 「サンシャイン」007年タナカノリオが中心となり、simploop(シンプループ)を広島にて結成。2008年初ライブを行い月1～2回のペースで積極的にライブ活動を開始。ライブでは定評があり、バンドのカラーを前面に押し出した楽曲を収録した自主制作(CD-R音源)でマキシシングル 「スパイラル / サンシャイン」リリース。固定客を徐々に増え始める。 12月 自主制作による2枚目のマキシシングル 「ガラスにマリア」(CD-R)をリリースしライブ会場で販売。以前は個々にバンド活動を行っていた3人が自然と集まり、シンプルでありつつもロックでありポップステイスト溢れるサウンドアプローチとどことなく懐かしさをも感じるボーカル・タナカの持つキャラクターがsimploopの核となりつつも進化し続けている。
