The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki II - Crimson Sin [Regular Edition]

I’ve been avid fans of the Legend of Heroes series since Sora no Kiseki but recent installments are huge disappointments. The characters are uninteresting, there’s no end to a plot, questions from previous games are not resolved, and just way too many characters to have any real development. The series and the stories are going nowhere. The game play is also going downhill. The controls are terrible with the latest game. Everything is wrong with the hacking treasure chest thing - the controls are so poorly implemented. It’s like this game is torn between trying to be God of War and Key’s visual novel. You can literally breeze through the game if you spend hundreds on DLCs. Guess that’s what Falcom is aiming for nowadays. I had great respect for Falcom but it’s very sad to say this is the last time I’d purchase any Kiseki game.
