祝☆デビュー20周年! 2021年リリースのオリジナルアルバム『Hot Milk』『Bitter Coffee』を引っさげて開催され、スキマスイッチ史上最多の56公演となった全国ツアー＜スキマスイッチTOUR 2022 "cafe au lait"＞。各地でたくさんの出会いに恵まれ無事完走を果たしたこのツアーより、高崎芸術劇場の模様をBlu-ray化 (2022年7月30日高崎芸術劇場にて収録)。ボーナストラックとして2月の東海市公演から2曲のほか、今回のツアーで初めて訪れた高崎公演と大橋卓弥の地元である東海市公演のスペシャルドキュメント映像も収録。
