約2年ぶりとなる5th ALBUMをリリース。今作は、ロックジャンルに縛られない、GLIM SPANKYが持つ幅広い音楽性が垣間見える作品。リード曲「東京は燃えてる」は、プロデューサーに昨今数々の大ヒットを生み出しているトオミヨウ氏を迎え、新たなGLIM SPANKYの境地を伺うことができる。タイアップ曲も多数収録。10月9日より全国順次公開される、GLIM SPANKYの出身でもある長野県の、りんご農家を舞台にした映画『実りゆく』の主題歌「By Myself Again」。テレビ朝日系 木曜ミステリー『警視庁・捜査一課長 2020』 (主演: 内藤剛志)主題歌の、「Singin' Now」や手塚治虫生誕90周年記念として発売された、「火の鳥」コンピレーション・アルバム『NEW GENE, inspired from Phoenix』 (2019年10月発売)に収録された楽曲「Circle Of Time」も収録。また、ステイホーム期間中に宅録で制作した、打ち込みサウンドが新鮮なデジタルシングル曲「こんな夜更けは」など計12曲入り。
