OAUとして2枚目、そして2年半ぶりとなるニューアルバムが完成。今回の新作は、彼らのバンドコンセプトでもあるアコースティックという概念を忘れさせるような、より豊かでより自由に、あらたな血が脈を打つ楽曲が並ぶ、まさに新章ともいうべき1枚となった。作品には映画『追想ジャーニー』主題歌「世界は変わる」、TOSHI-LOWがパーソナリティをつとめるラジオ番組から生まれた「懐かしい未来」や、未音源化ながら既にフェスなどで多くのオーディエンスを一聴で魅了してきた荘厳な「Old Road」、TOSHI-LOWのボーカルとメッセージがまるで心を救ってくれるかのような「This Song」、一気に会場のボルテージを上げていく"New Acoustic Camp2022"テーマ曲「Time's a River」など、様々な表情をもった楽曲が14曲収録。 初回生産限定盤のDVDには、OAU＜New Acoustic New Year 2023＞Billboard LIVE TOKYO (2023/1/21)、OAU＜New Acoustic Camp 2022＞(2022/9/17)を収録。
