Having lost his parents early in life, Soichiro has always been lonely, but he cherishes Matsushita's daughter, Riko and his cat, Pete, as if they were family. However, just as he is about to complete his research, Soichiro is trapped and put into a freezing sleep. When he wakes up, he finds himself in Tokyo 30 years later, in the year 2025. Soichiro has lost his research and his fortune, and Riko has died a mysterious death. With the help of a robot that looks exactly like a human being, Soichiro begins to investigate what has happened over the past 30 years, which leads him to a physicist. After learning a surprising fact, Soichiro travels back in time to 1995 to save Riko...
