This book contains all of the storyboards. In addition, it also includes storyboards of other versions drawn in the process of the final draft, and storyboards of scenes that were not included in the film. この世界の片隅に 絵コンテ [最長版] 下巻 / アニメスタイル編集部

劇場アニメーション『この世界の(さらにいくつもの)片隅に』が2019年12月20日に公開される。これは公開中の『この世界の片隅に』に新作パートを加えた[長尺版]である。それにあわせて、アニメスタイルでは新たに『この世界の片隅に』の絵コンテ集を刊行する。書名は「この世界の片隅に 絵コンテ[最長版]」である。これは同作の絵コンテの決定版ともいえるものだ。 『この世界の片隅に』は絵コンテ決定稿からいくつかのシーンをカットして完成させた作品であり、カットしたシーンを改めて制作して追加したのが『この世界の(さらにいくつもの)片隅に』となる。 「この世界の片隅に 絵コンテ[最長版]」には絵コンテ決定稿を全て収録。さらに、決定稿になるまでの過程で描かれた別バージョンの絵コンテ、本編に組み込まれなかったシーンの絵コンテまで収録。[長尺版]よりもボリュームがあるため、[最長版]というわけだ。 「この世界の片隅に 絵コンテ[最長版]」の判型はB5サイズ。絵コンテ本としては大型の書籍である。上下巻で各巻460ページ越えの大ボリュームとなる。編集にあたり、鉛筆画の生原稿をスキャンし、より細密なかたちで絵コンテを収録する。なお、本書籍は片渕須直監督の株式会社クロブルエと、株式会社スタイルの共同出版となる。
