アニメ『A3!』Blu-ray第3巻。 ――東京郊外の街・天鷲絨(ビロード)町には『ビロードウェイ』と呼ばれる通りがあり、多くの劇団が拠点にし、劇団員の聖地となっている。そんな街に、一通の手紙を頼りにMANKAIカンパニーを訪れた立花いづみはその劇団は父が立ち上げたものだと知る。しかし父は不在、くわえてお客はゼロ、借金もあり、劇団員は1名という事実を知る。いづみはそんな劇団を立て直すため、主宰兼『総監督』となり奔走することになる。はたして、MANKAIカンパニーの運命は――。7話～9話収録。
