野田洋次郎(RADWIMPS)のソロプロジェクト、illionの3年ぶりとなるニューアルバム。先行配信されている「Water lily」含む新曲10曲に加え、前作『UBU』に収録されていた「BRAIN DRAIN」のLinn MoriによるREMIXを日本盤のボーナストラックとして収録。 初回限定盤のDVDには、ロンドンで行われた初ライブの映像や、街頭ビジョンのみで公開されていたAbbey Road Studiosでの「BRAIN DRAIN」スタジオライブ映像、「MAHOROBA」「BEEHIVE」のミュージックビデオに加え、新曲「Water lily」のミュージックビデオ、そして2016年7月に新木場STUDIO COASTで行われた、illion初のJAPAN TOURより「Water lily」のライブ映像も追加収録。アートブックが盛り込まれた62ページの豪華特殊パッケージ仕様。このアートブックを手掛けたのは、韓国の新進気鋭クリエーター、JaeHoon Choi氏。野田本人がinstagramにて偶然彼の作品と邂逅し、直接コンタクトをとって制作を依頼し完成したアートブックとなる。
