Season1で描かれた世界観やキャラを改めて描くと共に、Season2から登場する新キャラとそこへ繋がる序章を描く。 ――物語は過去にさかのぼる。琥珀と龍也、幼少の頃から無二の親友同士だった二人はともにバイク好きであったことから、「ムゲン」を作る。このときがいつまでも続けば、と思いを込めたムゲン―太田、古西、九十九、続けて、龍也の後輩のコブラ、ヤマトも加入し、総勢7人となる。幸せな時間だった。そんな中、龍也が幼少の頃からの夢であった洋食屋を開きたいと、ムゲン脱退を表明、ムゲン全員でダイナー「ITTOKAN」オープンに向けて動き出すのだが、琥珀の心境は複雑だった・・・また、同時期の湾岸地区―極悪スカウトチーム「ダウト」を急襲した、強者揃いの「MIGHTY WARRIORS」。ダウトにとらわれていた見ず知らずの女をたまたま救い出す。その女の名はセイラ。物語は動き出す・・・ (Episode1より)
