深海の街 [通常盤] / 松任谷由実
松任谷由実 2020年、自らの想いを刻む。前作『宇宙図書館』から約4年振り、通算39枚目となるオリジナルアルバム。アルバムのタイトルとなっている「深海の街」は、2018年にベルリンを訪れた際、"脳内リゾート"というアイデアを元に発想し仕上げ、昨年9月に配信リリースとなった楽曲。浮遊するようなメロディに、"無限"を信じて"永遠"で閉じる歌詞の詩情が音楽ファンに高い評価を得た作品。この楽曲を表題に、そこから今日までに創り上げた本作は、コロナ禍が訪れた今年、これまでの長いキャリアの中で経験する事のない環境の中、創作活動を行い完成させた渾身の作品。収録楽曲は、表題のテレビ東京系WBS (ワールドビジネスサテライト)エンディングテーマ曲「深海の街」、ハウス北海道シチューCMソング「雪の道しるべ」、刀剣乱舞-ON LINE-新主題歌「あなたと 私と」、そして10月23日(金)22時よりスタートするTBS 金曜ドラマ「恋する母たち」の主題歌「知らないどうし」他、話題のタイアップ曲を多数収録。
