Fighting Armor Deadpool X-FORCE ver.

I've been collecting the Fighting Armor line since the 2021, and now have all 11 figures that have been released so far. I thought that this line was dead. And then in July of this year I saw a preview of this X-Force Deadpool figure. I immediately pre-ordered him. CDJapan shipped him out 2 days after he was released, and I had him in hand 2 days later. If you're familiar with this line, you should know exactly what you're going to get. This is a complete repaint of the red Deadpool that was released in September of '21. Since I loved that figure, I was excited to get him in his grey outfit. The paint used is nowhere near as shiny as that one though. All of the accessories from the red version are included too, so you'll get his guns, his swords, and his shuriken, as well as hands dedicated to holding them. So what's up with the title then? Well, despite the fact that every figure in this line is mostly a repaint with some newly sculpted pieces added, it would have been nice to have had a new character instead of a simple repaint of a previously released one. I don't feel like this line is going to survive much longer as I haven't seen any new figures teased or pre-viewed on Sentinel's instagram page since Loki, who was released earlier this year. All I've seen have been re-releases since then. So to sum it up, this figure is magnificent. He has amazing articulation, plenty of accessories, a beautiful stylized look that will make him really stand out in your collection, and just feels like a high quality collectible. So if this is the end of the line, and if no new figures come out, this was a great way to go out. I for one really hope that this line continues, and that Sentinel experiments with some new body styles (like a larger scale Hulk figure, or maybe even a female body for Black Widow) someday.
