No matter what if you own one the first editions of this timeless classic album. I heared with high attention this new release, the voices are great, Freddie sounds amazing. Particurally impressed with: Bohemian Rhapsody hands down MASTERPIECE. the opera fragment all voices are excepcionally well mixed even the most high fragments, Freddie at the piano is awesome. Killer Queen imho is the kind of song that nothing is artificially added and all is in place, classic song very well restored and mixed. Bycicle Race with these ups/downs of vocal exercise and the rings... are well mixed. Don't Stop me now is thrilling, a speedy song. pay attention to non invasive drums (thx R. Taylor) + piano + F. Mercury brutal. Crazy Little thing called love / Somebody to Love specially the latest I think one the highest moments in F. Mercury. From low to high the voice is well controlled and brilliant. Play the game. Pay attention to May guitar... no words. Freddie's falsettes are superb. We will rock you/ We are the champions those are himns. Let us cling together extra song for this japanese edition. Don't miss the first 1:30 terrific. This is a must have edition, play it on a good hi-fi stereo system.

I don't know if it is the SHM, the 2011 digital remasters or a combination of both but to my ears this disc is a revelation that beats all previous Queen releases (mini lp, MOFI etc.) in terms of sonic quality. I am highly looking forward to the release in SHM of the first several Queen albums & hope that my two favouites "News Of The World" & 'The Game" follow soon after. Queen fans out there don't miss out, your ears will never forgive you. AAAAAA++++++!!!!
