I had this on black vinyl then I bought when it came out on CD then I bought it again when it became available on SACD now I have bought it on Blu-ray. Surprisingly the Blu-ray sounds marginally better than the SACD The bottom line is this performance has never been surpassed ! I have numerous fifths including the oft praised Karajan ...............but save your money this is the one and only performance to invest it. I wonder if it will ever be surpassed !
