武瑠によるソロプロジェクト・sleepyheadが、2019年3月13日に2nd EP『meltbeat』をリリース!前作『NIGHTMARE SWAP』でのSKY-HIらとの異色のコラボや、ファンクラブの進化形として立ち上げられたエージェントクラブ『秘密結社 S.A.C.T.』などで話題を集め、ジャンルレスを独走するsleepyhead。2nd EPとなる『meltbeat』は、”melt=溶ける”をキーワードに、飄々と進化していくsleepyheadのネクストフェーズをパッケージングした作品。また『meltbeat』を引っ提げた初の全国ツアー”sleepyhead LIVE TOUR 2019 meltbeat”の開催も決定。初ライブよりちょうど1周年となる3月17日の渋谷eggman公演を皮切りに全国8都市10公演を行うほか、初の試みとしてU-18割引チケットを導入するなど、これまでライブに訪れたことのないファンにも参加しやすいツアーとなっている。5月11日には、恵比寿リキッドルームにてファイナル公演”sleepyhead LIVE TOUR 2019 FINAL PRIVATE FUNERAL”を迎える。
