長い間、入手困難になっていたデヴィッド・ラズリーの 極上のデモ作品が遂に待望の再 CD 化実現! 最新リマスタリング、紙ジャケ仕様、そして、 『Demos』はオリジナル LP のアートワークを継承し、 歌詞内袋も再現したスペシャル・エディションで登場! 1981年に、当時所属していた音楽出版社が制作した2枚組プロモーション盤LP『Demos』。非売品 ながら、デヴィッド・ラズリーの素晴らしい楽曲とヴォーカルが堪能出来る作品としてマニアの間で評判 を呼び、1999年にCool SoundがCD化。元のLPも2枚組で全24曲と言うヴォリュームだったが、 CD化に際しマキシン・ナイチンゲール<Lead Me On>とヴァレリー・カーター<The Blue Side>を、 ラズリー本人のヴォーカル版に差し替え、さらに未発表の18曲を加えた全40曲入りでリイシュー。 そのクォリティの高さが直ぐに広まり、Cool Souindの200作を超すタイトル数の中でもTop 10入り する売り上げを記録した。
