ahhhhhhh and now this brings us to zz tops third album in 1973, this one takes on a more hard rockin edge with a bit of funk thrown in here, as the previous reviewer said zz top really had it together at this point and the production is awesome!!!!! real good hard funky rock here that sums this third offering up for me, this was also the first zz top album to produce a hit with la grange and as for the rest of the 70s it was all up hill for zz top, this is also great for fans of 70s rock in general, what a difference 1973 and 1983 made in zz tops sound but that is a whole other story, bottom line this album rocks and deserves the 5 stars i gave it, im still just so thrilled this whole catlog sounds just like it did some 40 years ago now and the shm mastering is awsome and the replica sleeve is 100% on the money, i love these......................

If you think the first two albums were great, this one will BLOW your mind! ZZ Top got it together on this one, production and sound is killer. They were a tight unit by now and it shows on this album. Waitin' for the Bus/ Jesus Left Chicago is phenominal and the album just SMOKES! SHM-Cd sound is fantastic , big , hard hittin' bass , sweet, warm , clear and sounds like an old killer vintage vinyl record! Mini LP replica and inner sleeve is thick, high quality and oh so cool! Great job Japan , this is a killer release no doubt! Highly recommended , Grab it while can!
