This was originally released exclusively in Japan as LP, later it was reissued as CD in 1995 which was soon be unavailable and had been discontinued for a long time. The cardboard faithfully replicates the original LP design. Comes with a description and lyrics.

再プレス決定! ※弊社入荷次第、順次発送します。 ※メーカー在庫に限りがある為、メーカー在庫終了の場合はお届け出来ない場合がございます。 祝! 録音40周年! シカゴ、幻のライヴの名盤がリマスタリング、初紙ジャケット仕様でリリース!! 1972年6月、人気絶頂にあったロック・グループ、シカゴが二回目の来日を果たした。そして大阪公演の模様を録音し日本だけでライヴ・アルバムを発売した(アナログ2枚組)。シカゴのアルバムはすべてナンバリングされているが本アルバムは例外でナンバー外、すなわち"号外"扱いで日本のファンだけに発売されたのだった。95年日本とアメリカでこの『ライヴ・イン・ジャパン』のCDが発売されたが間もなく廃盤。ファンの間では再発売の声が日に日に高くなっていった。今回CD化/紙ジャケット化に際し、オリジナル・アナログ盤の忠実なる再現はもちろん、解説書には公演ポスター、チラシ、チケット等まず見ることができない「お宝」を写真掲載。伊藤秀世氏による解説も当時の製作スタッフからの聞き取り調査を経たうえでの素晴らしい、初めて明かされる話満載の読み応えのあるものになる予定。解説・歌詞・対訳付き。
