[Machine Translation] The Black Cat Alliance is a group formed by Kyoko Koizumi, who celebrated her 40th anniversary this year, and Kenji Ueda, who served as bandmaster for the band's 40th anniversary tour. They released their first album "Un chat noir" in September 2021, and held a rare live performance at Shimokitazawa Shangri-La on October 27 of the same year, "World Black Cat Day", which is now available as a complete package! The live performance is a playful and theatrical performance of a one-night music party held at a hideout of the Black Cats with akkin (guitar), Yukio Nagoya (guitar), Junko Ozeki (drums & percussion), Hiroshi Matsubara (drums & percussion), Shunsuke Watanabe (keyboards) and other musicians who also participated in the album. The live performance is playful, theatrical, and fantastical, like a one-night music party held by the Black Cats in their lair. The special features include the music video for "UNDEUX," a vertical video for "DING DONG DASH" featuring the cats of the public, and a rare behind-the-scenes look at the making of the album.

今年デビュー40周年を迎えた「小泉今日子」と、その40周年記念ツアーでバンドマスターも務めた「上田ケンジ」による黒猫同盟。ユニット名は、二人が同時期に保護された黒猫を引き取り飼い始めたことに由来している。2021年9月に1stアルバム「Un chat noir」をリリースして、同年10月27日「世界黒猫の日」に下北沢Shangri-Laで開催された貴重な配信ライブを完全パッケージ化! akkin (ギター)、名越由貴夫 (ギター)、小関純匡 (ドラムス&パーカッション)、松原"マツキチ"寛 (ドラムス&パーカッション)、渡辺シュンスケ (キーボード) といったアルバムにも参加しているミュージシャンたちと共に、黒猫たちが隠れ家で繰り広げる一夜の音楽会のような、遊び心溢れる演劇的でファンタジックなライブとなっている。特典映像として「UNDEUX」のミュージックビデオ、一般の方々の愛猫たちで構成された「DING DONG DASH」の縦型ビデオ、さらに貴重なメイキング映像も収録。
