I bought this based on the previous reviewer's recommendation, and after listening to the album, I plan to order the other 3 in this series' release. I already bought "Sad Wings of Destiny" and "Best of...", featuring K2 HD remastering, in Japan years ago, but this latest remastering sounds so good, that I am willing to buy them again. "Hero Hero" was one of the albums I grew up listening to, so it is a must-buy item for me as well. A definitive CD version of a classic Judas Priest album-well done, to those involved in making this edition.

It has finally been done and it was long overdue. This is without any doubt whatsoever, the best version of the first Judas Priest album, which when originally released in 1974, suffered from very poor mastering. Unfortunately later CD reissues never fully made this heavy metal masterpiece justice! The present mini LP [HQCD] version is not only beautiful to look at but also re-mastered to a level beyond reproach! And yes, you will notice the difference even after you've uploaded it on your Ipod! Classics such as "Rocka Rolla" and "Never Satisfied" have never sounded so good making the purchase of this reissue worth every penny!
