[Machine Translation] After 13 years, "Second Miracle" is finally released. The day has come when you can listen to Tatsuro Nishiyama's songs once again...! Hatsukoi no Arashi's new album is now complete. The 10 songs on this album are composed of three types of sound sources. ( 1 ) Four songs are newly recorded with the current Hatsukoi no Arashi band members as backing tracks, using vocal takes (and possibly guitars) from demos and pre-production materials left by Nishiyama before his death, in the style of "Free As A Bird" by The Beatles. ( 2 ) A song with lead vocals by Sumikura, Suzuki, and a guest singer. These are all new recordings (5 songs), including the orchestrations. (3) A song (1) with keyboard dubbed over a pre-production take recorded by the three members in February 2002. The album is composed of previously unreleased songs written over a five-year period from 1997-1998, when Hatsukoi no Arashi was just formed, to February 2002, just prior to Nishiyama's death. By finally allowing these songs to see the light of day, the full story of Tatsuro Nishiyama, a gifted songwriter who died prematurely, will be revealed.

中心メンバーの死を乗り越えて完成させた唯一のフルアルバム『初恋に捧ぐ』 (2002年)によって、伝説のバンドとなった初恋の嵐。13年の歳月を経て遂に発売となる、"二度目の奇跡"。西山達郎の歌をもう一度聴ける日がきた・・・! 初恋の嵐ニューアルバム完成。今回収録された10曲は3種類の音源で構成。(1)西山が生前残していたデモやプリプロ音源のヴォーカル・テイク (場合によってはギターも)を使い、バックトラックを現在の初恋の嵐バンド・メンバーで新録音する、ビートルズにおける「Free As A Bird」方式の曲 (4曲)。(2)メンバーの隅倉、鈴木、そしてゲスト・シンガーがリード・ヴォーカルをとる曲。こちらはオケも含め全て新録音 (5曲)。(3)2002年2月にメンバー3人で録ったプリプロ・テイクを活かし、それに鍵盤をダビングした曲 (1曲)。初恋の嵐が結成されたばかりの1997～1998年から、西山の死の直前の2002年2月のまでの5年間に作られた未発表楽曲で構成されている。これらの楽曲が遂に陽の目を見ることによって、早熟にして早逝の天才ソングライター、西山達郎の全貌が明らかになる。
