sugizo always has his way to impress his fans. in this album many message had sent to us, being caring for this beautiful earth, cherish of life and relationship. So sweet yet not dry till bored. Although the style of music had not mush changes but with Yuna's voice it make changes in sugizo's music. Sadly this is the one and only album for the flare, but the music will last for long.

Although most Sugizo fans will lap this up but I feel that this is not one of his most interesting works.
I have to admit, I was disappointed by this album, maybe because it's really not the genre I enjoy. It's in pretty much the same vein as the singles (and includes pretty much all of the single tracks). Yuna's vocals are very good but SUGIZO's guitar sometimes gets a little too weird for the songs. The percussion, albeit interesting and likeable, doesn't work too well. The two minutes of abstract sound at the end of STARLIGHT was just pointless. It's a very solid album but despite The FLARE's aims it doesn't really inspire me to change the world, it's not innovative enough for that. I really like Yuna's voice - he definitely anchors the songs, but there's something uninteresting and repetitive about the album overall. It's very cute and very nicely done, with nice intentions. The production isn't anything special but the sound is at least unified. I think it's a good pop album.
