As for Aja, the vocals also sound more natural. Sibilance is, at least subjectively and comparatively, eliminated. Overall there is better resolution compared to shm version and this is consistent with my experience with other platinum shm cds when compared to shm versions. It is possible to perceive that the platinum shm version has a less resonant presentation but I am satisfied that the overall presentation is more accurate. I intended a 5 star rating for Aja but this was somehow reduced to 3 stars.
