great to have this classic debut album fathfully restored as it was the original lp from 45 years ago, with some of forgertys best songs such as i put a spell on you, working man and suzi q just to name a couple, ccr where an interesting outfit out of northern california back in the late 60s when they exploded onto the scene of psyche and acid rock, compared to what was going on around them ccr where a pretty clean cut band and not into the substances so many others where at the time, on this debut lp of theres you can hear the heavy psyche influance alongside the songwriting of john fogerty who was basically the mainstay of ccr, without john ccr never would have went far, this album was just the beggining of a great 5 to 6 year run this band had before they would split forever, the shm mastering on here is awsome and the packaging will bring you back to 1968 in no time, im glad i bought these!!!!!!
